2. Quotes & Pricing
All pricing is provided via individual quotes. Final pricing depends on requirements, materials, quantity, complexity and other factors discussed at the time of enquiry. Quotes are not binding until confirmed in writing.
3. Payment
Custom orders or project work may require a deposit or full payment before work begins. Payment terms will be confirmed in your quote.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You must ensure all files, designs or specifications you submit are your own property or that you have the necessary permissions to use and reproduce them.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and requirements.
You must not request services for illegal, unsafe, or prohibited items or purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
NBAK's liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.

Refund Policy

1. Custom Orders
Refunds are not guaranteed once custom work has begun, including 3D printing jobs where printing has started, or sourcing orders that have been confirmed with suppliers.
2. Errors by NBAK
If an error is confirmed to be on NBAK's side (wrong specification, defective output, incorrect fulfilment), we will offer a reprint, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested before work begins. Deposits paid for work already commenced are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Sourced Products
For electronics and technology products sourced on your behalf, return and refund terms depend on the original supplier's policies and will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

Prohibited Requests
NBAK PTE. LTD. reserves the right to decline any request that involves:
Weapons, weapon components, or items intended to cause harm
Controlled, regulated, or restricted items under Singapore law
Counterfeit products or designs that infringe third-party trademarks
Reproduction of copyrighted designs without authorisation from the rights holder
Items that are illegal, unsafe, or unethical to produce or supply
Requests involving deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes
Intellectual Property
By submitting files, designs, or specifications to NBAK, you confirm that you are the owner of the intellectual property or have the necessary licence or permission to reproduce the item. NBAK will not knowingly reproduce IP-protected designs without authorisation.
Right to Refuse
NBAK reserves the right to refuse any order or enquiry at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason, if the request is considered to fall within the prohibited categories above.
